Here's a little bit of my story.
At 16, a friend invited me to fill up for an internship opportunity at the ad agency he was working for.
After some interviews, HR called me: "You got the job".
It got me so happy. It really did.
My first very job in this industry was to build digital engagement for a TV show.
I managed to deliver a National Rock Band Contest.
Pushing thousands of competitors and fans to fight together for a spotlight as the Official Soundtrack of the show.
It became massive.
And it showed me that a career in the advertising industry could be not just possible.
It could be successful.
I've been working with several agencies since then.
Perfecting my craft.
Betting it all on new & competitive ideas.
Then, 2013.
A partner and I managed to found a Digital Marketing Agency.
We called it MK
Then we found Moview. For Branded Content Production.
Soon enough we choose to group all brands into an umbrella mark.
T/bt (short for Together Building Tomorrow) was registered on February, 27 - 2016.

Before it was cool.
Test, test, test.
2017. We sold the company.
ESV Digital Groupe acquired our entire business.
I started working as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for ESV Digital in Latin America.
We did maybe what no other agency was doing at the time.

Product Ownership
Strategic Planning
Market Activation.
Our management team brought 6 new major Advertisers. Only 3 months from acquisition.
It was a global unprecedented for ESV Digital Groupe.
2 years later and with a completed contract, I left the company.
And started a new Digital Assets Consultancy called Algor Latina.
A new-chapter to start my 30 years birthday.
At Algor Latina, I'm focused on providing services to a small group of clients.
Just enough so all of them got the proper senior & high level of attendance that is fundamental for brand prosperity.
